What are the Verb Forms and it's Types ?
Generally , There are five forms of verb -
(1) Root or Infinitive - V1
(2) Simple Past - V2
(3) Past Participle - V3
(4) Participle - V4
(5) Third Person Singular - V5
The first form of verb is called as Root Verbs and the root form of the verb is the same as the infinitive form with 'to' removed.

There is no large difference between Simple Past and Past Participle Verbs. The Past and Past Participle verb form for regular verbs is the ( root word + ed ). It is only used with the Past Tenses.

The Participle is also known as V⁴ and it is created by adding -ing to the root word. It is used in the Past, Present, and Future Progressive verb tenses.

The Third Person Singular (he/she/it/one) conjugation is the verb form that ends to be different from other conjugations. For Regular Verbs , this verb form end in ‑s (or sometimes ‑es). This form of verb is also known as V⁵. Example - ( Go - Goes )
A few Irregular Verbs have only three forms - verbs like cut and put. The Past Tense and the Past Participle forms of these verbs are the same as the simple forms.

The verb be has more forms than any other verb. It has a simple form, an (-ing) Participle form, a Past Participle form, a First Person Singular Present Tense form, a Third Person Present Tense (-s) form, a Plural Present Tense form, a Singular Past Tense form, and a Plural Past Tense form :-

Each modal auxiliary has only one form -
